We find ONLY fantastic farmers that are wanting to expand their farm by gaining access to more farmland.
We work with our Fantastic Farmer to find ideal farmland that would best fit their current farming operations. We search for fertile farmland at a fair price that has the ability to be improved with regeneration.
Then we fractionalise the ownership of the farm using a co-ownership clause on the property deed which is linked to the Australian Property Co-Ownership Registry. This allows for multiple people to own a piece of equity in the farm.
After this, we release the fractionalised pieces of ownership to our co-owner community to purchase through the online marketplace which allows for fast and secure transactions.
To think about owning a farm, gaining all the benefits that farmland brings as an asset while also supporting ecological regeneration for a fraction of the price is pretty awesome!
