Then we fractionalise the ownership of the farm using a co-ownership clause on the property deed which is linked to the Australian Property Co-Ownership Registry. This allows for multiple people to own a piece of equity in the farm.

...and connect them with co-owners

After this, we release the fractionalised pieces of ownership to our co-owner community to purchase through the online marketplace which allows for fast and secure transactions.
